About the video

Currently, governments are negotiating the outcome document for the Rio+20 Summit, which will guide the process for the creation of the post-2015 development agenda. The short video from the Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights explores the intersections between sustainable development, gender equality, human rights and youth sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Message from the Youth Coalition for SRHR:

"With less than 1 month left before Rio+20 Summit, young people, NGOs, governments and UN agencies need to take active measures to ensure that the rights of young people are considered as central to sustainable development and that gender equality be integrated a a cross-cutting theme throughout the outcome document of the Summit."
